Reset Your Password

You can reset your password from the sign-in page in Vendor Express.

To reset your password:

  1. On the Vendor Express sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Follow the prompts.
  3. You will receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password.

After you've created a new password, it will become active right away.

Note:
  • You can't use a password from any of your other Amazon accounts.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive. For example, "RIVERS2!%" and "rivers2!%" are different passwords.
